August – Optional / Informal Group Runs

These runs are optional for coaches and athletes but are a good place for athletes to build an endurance base and get connected for more information about the season. 

Group size will vary at Miller Woods and the Bush Park series is a fun and casual, but organized event. Taking a month or so to build a solid endurance base is very beneficial when we transition into workouts in September.

Tuesday – 6:00 pm – Miller Woods

Thursday – 5:00 pm – Bush Park Race Series – Every Thursday in August – (Distances vary from 1 mile to 5k.)

Sunday – 10:00 am – Miller Woods

September – Formal Practice Starts

Sunday – 10:00 am – Miller Woods

Note: Weekday practices will shift earlier throughout the season as the daylight hours decrease.

Race Schedule

The early race season is mostly Middle School Races at the 3K distance.

We’re still working to finalizing the race schedule and will update you closer to the season.

This is an overnight camping trip and fun for all! The link below will provide details and show you the course–including the infamous mud pit and two river crossings!
